Oltmans van Niekerk is looking for a sales and marketing intern to help create, expand, and manage the company's sales and marketing channels. The intern will search and identify prospective customers, support sales by doing daily sales tasks, search for new opportunities and leads, and make a social media promotion plan.

Guided by the team of OvN, you will be responsible for different projects, and we will give you regular feedback to elevate your performance and development; it is learning by doing.

Daily tasks are:

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and build relationships.

• Emphasize the features of OvN’s products to highlight how they solve customer problems.

• Make a storytelling and social media plan and execute this plan.

• This internship aims to improve customer relations, turnover, and sales by suggesting strategic choices in terms of promotion, marketing and sales.

• You will work in a small company in an international environment alongside the OvN team.

Qualifications:

• You are in the bachelor three or master phase of your academic track and have a passion for sales and marketing

• You are open-minded and creative and can collaborate well with diverse groups of people.

• You are fluent in English (in speaking and writing)

• You are proactive and motivated to learn, have strong analytical thinking skills and an affinity for strategic thinking

Additional Information:

• Period: 6 months

• Hours a week: 32

• Location: Delft, The Netherlands

• Start date in consultation
